Apparently, there really IS an interesting life on this island behind the sound of the electricity generator on the chalet compound and the laughter of the visitors.
We had a chat with one of the friendly workers here at this "Kokomo hut" and he told us about the places to explore, the action from another resort owned by a Dutchman nearby, young couples coming here to be away from prying eyes, things he and his friends would be up to on their spare time at night and many more. Just like the movie!
Always get friendly with the locals for stuff like this, I recommend that to ALL travellers.
I bet the guy at the snorkel station has a lot to tell as well. He lives upstairs right there.
